This policy explains when you can get your money back for a Loftshape subscription or a top-up of credits. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, who issues every refund to the card or account you paid with.
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment — a new subscription, a renewal, a change to a bigger plan or a top-up — as long as none of the AI credits that payment gave you have been used.
Credits are used up when they produce something: a render, an AI image, a plan rebuilt from a picture, a video. Because that work has already been done and paid for on our side, a payment whose credits have been used is not refunded, except where the law where you live says otherwise.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. It stops renewing, and you keep your plan and its credits until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling on its own does not refund the current period; ask for a refund as described below if it qualifies.
The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. The editor, the plan generator and the 3D view stay free whether or not you pay.
Write to hello@loftshape.com from the email address on your account, or use the link in the receipt Paddle sent you. Tell us which payment it is about. We answer within two working days.
Once a refund is approved, Paddle returns the money to the way you paid. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show it. The plan or credits that payment bought are then removed.
Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. Paddle’s own buyer terms also apply to your purchase. See our Terms of Service for the rest of how the Service works.
