Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

The Service offers Free and paid plans. AI renders consume credits according to your plan’s monthly allowance. Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record) and renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. Because credits are consumed to generate content, already-used credits are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• upload content you do not have the rights to use;
• generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful material;
• resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Service itself, or use it to build a competing product;
• attempt to bypass credit limits, security controls, or rate limits.

You retain ownership of the images and plans you upload. Subject to your plan, you own the renders and exports you generate — see our commercial usage rights for the specifics of client and commercial work.

To produce renders, your uploads and prompts are sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) for processing. AI output can be imperfect or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use in any professional or safety-critical context.

The Service — including its software, design, template library, and branding — is owned by Loftshape and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer any rights in the platform itself.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loftshape is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms or the Service over time; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
